Can I come and take a tour?

Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. Please call us at (770) 299-0935 to schedule a tour. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place in the rooms that you would like to see. We will work around your schedule to set up a time that works for you.


How can I book my event?

Bookings can be done or over the phone by speaking with a Conquer Center representative. Feel free to give us a call at (770) 299-0935 and we will make the process simple and easy.  A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to place the event on our calendar and to hold the time slot.


What is included in my booking?

One of the great features of the Conquer Center is our “plug and play” benefit.  Meaning, all you have to do is bring your talent!  When you book your event at the Conquer Center, the following event essentials are included: tables, chairs, microphones, speakers, audio equipment, lighting, production 4k video camera, podium, and wireless internet.


What type of events can be held at the Conquer Center?

The Conquer Center is perfect for speaking events, corporate training, weddings, seminars, workshops, ministry activities, parties, dances… you think of it, we’ll make it a reality! We have several unique venue spaces. One is sure to fit your needs.


Can I bring an outside caterer?

At The Conquer Center, we have a customer-first approach. Hence, we have an open vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions.  However, if you need help deciding who to use for your catering needs, one of our event coordinators can help you by offering to coordinate with one of several vendors we have worked with in the past.


What is your cancellation policy?

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is due. At that time, your event is placed on our venue calendar in an officially reserved time-slot. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of your actual event. If the event needs to be moved, a change fee is charged. If an event is canceled, the deposit and final payments are non-refundable.


What are my decor options?

Have a specific decor in mind? No problem! You can set up the Conquer Center to look any way you like. If you need help, we have professionally trained event coordinators who can help you decide the best way to arrange the decor for your event.


Do you allow animals?

With the exception of officially licensed service animals, we do not allow animals.


Can I cook food at the Conquer Center?

At the Conquer Center, we can provide access to a prep kitchen. We do not have cooking facilities on-site. The prep space is ideal for preparing cold items and placing warm items in chaffing dishes. Caterers or restaurants should be prepared to bring the food in hot boxes to keep it warm for your event.


Is parking free and how do I access it?

Limited parking is free to all our guests in our parking deck. To access our parking deck, drive to 120 Ralph McGill Boulevard, turn left on Piedmont Avenue, then left on Courrier Street. Our parking deck is gated on the left. Turn left into the gate that reads Renaissance Lofts. After you book your event, we will provide you and your guests with an exclusive entry code, then drive to the top floor.  The overflow parking lot is located one-half block away at 72 Ralph McGill Boulevard for a nominal fee.
